This function is only supported in (2D) map view.
Either click on the position in the map where you wish to record your POI until the POI-Warner context menu appears (tap and hold), or click on the small green square in the lower corner of the display.
Select POI - Create New.
In the next two steps you will need to allocate the POI to a category and then complete the process. These two simple steps are not further elucidated in these instructions.
After creating a new POI in step one, you can now move it elsewhere on the map with the aid of the context menu.
EITHER click on the newly created POI and wait until the POI-Warner context menu appears. Then then select POI - Cut. This is based on the "cut and paste" function in Windows.
OR click on the green POI-Warner status symbol in the corner of your screen. Select POI - Cut and then click on the POI in question.
In the next step this POI will be re-inserted somewhere else about 50 meters further on.
EITHER click on the position in the map where th POI is to appear and wait until the POI-Warner context menu appears. Then then select POI - Paste.
OR click on the green POI-Warner status symbol in the corner of your screen. Select POI - Paste and then click on the position in question.
The previously recorded POI has now been moved by about 50 meters. All synchronised POI can be manipulated in the map view in this way (and, of course, new ones added).
*) Sometimes you may need refresh the view by zooming out and back in again with the looking glass symbol before the POI is displayed.
