The POI Warner allows your navigation system system to display overlay texts directly on the map. The settings for the overlay texts can can be adjusted for all overlays that have been activated for display (see: "Activating and Displaying POI Overlays on the Map").
You can access the POI overlay settings via the menu POI-Manager > POI Settings > Overlay Settings:
Select the overlay concerned in the drop-down menu under Activate/Show Overlays on Map: and choose the required settings.
The POI text settings are saved for each overlay individually. Thus it is possibly to vary the settings from overlay to overlay.
For example, select Zoomlevel < 300 m (default setting) to display the text on the map only when you have zoomed right into the map to view a small section thereof in detail.
When you have finished customising the settings, close the dialog with the OK button. You can change your settings any time. To do this, simply proceed as described above.
